SELIN + LAURA MET IN 2014. A MATCH MADE IN HOSPITALITY HEAVEN, THEY OPENED OKLAVA SHOREDITCH IN 2015.
SELIN IS BEHIND THE PASS - RUNNING THE KITCHEN AND DESIGNING THE MENUS - AND LAURA IN FRONT OF IT - TAKING LEAD OF THE FRONT-OF-HOUSE AND SOURCING REGIONAL WINES FOR THE RESTAURANT'S WINE LISTS.
SELIN PUBLISHED OKLAVA: RECIPES FROM A TURKISH-CYPRIOT KITCHEN IN 2017. IN THE SAME YEAR, SHE WAS A DESSERT COURSE WINNER ON GREAT BRITISH MENU.
